General Background: Sustainable construction materials require alternatives to traditional hazardous elements to protect human health and environmental integrity. Specific Background: Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) serves as a durable, corrosion-resistant polymer used in modern manufacturing to produce safer asbestos alternatives. Knowledge Gap: Existing industrial literature rarely details the precise integration of raw material mixing, high-temperature extrusion, and automatic cutting machinery for uPVC asbestos production. Aims: This study discusses the manufacturing process of uPVC asbestos utilizing automated cutting machinery to improve production efficiency, minimize material waste, and increase size precision. Results: Implementing automated cutting systems alongside high-temperature extrusion and water-chilling cooling stages successfully accelerates production cycles and enhances the physical quality of uPVC panels. Novelty: This research provides an empirical overview of the industrial uPVC asbestos production workflow, tracing raw material compaction through calcium carbonate compounding up to automated cutting. Implications: Utilizing automated manufacturing processes for uPVC asbestos significantly boosts output quantity while eliminating the health hazards associated with conventional asbestos fibers.
