The Daily Activity Report Information System based on a website was developed to improve reporting
efficiency at the National Narcotics Agency of Sidoarjo Regency (BNNK Sidoarjo). Previously, the reporting process
was carried out manually via communication applications and data transfer to presentation files, which was time
consuming and prone to errors. The proposed system uses the waterfall development method, encompassing
requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Utilizing PHP and MySQL technologies, this
system enables automatic daily activity data recap and integration of information in an easily accessible and
analyzable digital format. The system also provides real-time information updates and includes additional features
such as photo uploads and report downloads in various formats (text, Excel, PDF, and print). Test results indicate
that the system operates as expected, helping BNNK Sidoarjo reduce errors and save time in the reporting process.
