This research aims to develop a job vacancy website specifically for people with disabilities in Sidoarjo, as a step towards creating an inclusive and accessible platform for them to find work. As awareness of the importance of equality in employment opportunities increases, this website is designed to help job seekers with disabilities connect with companies that support diversity and inclusion. The development method applied is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation studies related to the needs of people with disabilities in the world of work. The results show that this platform can increase the opportunity for people with disabilities to connect with companies that are committed to equal employment opportunities, and make it easier for companies to reach out to talents from disabilities. This case study is expected to be a reference for the development of similar applications in other government agencies.
