Web-Based Information System for Streamlining Employee Daily Activity Documentation Processes
Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web untuk Mengefisienkan Proses Dokumentasi Aktivitas Harian Karyawan

The demand for effective information systems is increasingly critical to support agency and office operations, streamlining tasks and improving workflow. The Public Relations team at Sidoarjo BNNK is responsible for documenting employee activities, including daily reports on educational content creation and outreach efforts, to be reported centrally. Currently, these reports are shared through WhatsApp groups, often leading to data inconsistencies. Additionally, daily, weekly, and monthly activity totals are manually calculated, making the process time-consuming and prone to error. To address this, a structured, web-based information system is needed for managing activity reports at various intervals. This system, developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall method, allows data to be uploaded and downloaded in PDF, Word, or Excel formats, providing reliable documentation. By implementing this system, members’ tasks can be executed more efficiently, and data accuracy and control are significantly enhanced.
