This research discusses the development of a Stock Management Web System at PT. Trikayarasa Jaya Food to overcome the problem of inefficient manual recording. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with the Laravel 11 framework and MySQL database. The system implementation includes main features such as new and old stock management, tracking in and out of stock, and generating reports in PDF format. The research results show that the developed web system has succeeded in increasing the company's operational efficiency through automatic recording, real-time tracking, and creating more accurate reports. This system not only reduces the risk of data input errors but also speeds up the decision-making process related to inventory management.
