Attendance or absence is the activity of collecting data to determine the number of employee attendances. Currently, at PT. Wijaya Karya Beton in the equipment division, attendance recording is still done manually, which is considered less effective and efficient in supporting employee productivity. From this issue, the idea arose to create a web application for employee attendance that integrates scheduling and payroll, aiming to improve the efficiency of managing attendance data, work schedules, and employee payroll. This application is developed using the Waterfall Method, as this approach has a systematic and structured flow, starting from the requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. With this web-based system, users can access data in real-time, reduce the risk of manual errors, and enhance transparency and accuracy in human resource management. This system is expected to support PT. Wijaya Karya Beton in managing employees efficiently and effectively.
