Abstract

General Background: Digital transformation in government institutions has become an essential requirement to optimize operational performance and public services. Specific Background: The Indonesian National Police at Polres Mojokerto requires a structured digital platform to manage and display Human Resource profile data effectively. Knowledge Gap: Previous manual management methods resulted in scattered data, time-consuming search processes, and restricted internal publication channels. Aims: This study aims to design and develop a web-based Human Resource Profile Information System for Polres Mojokerto to support internal performance and simplify stakeholder access. Results: The developed system successfully integrates personnel data management, organizational structures, and administrative information through a client-server architecture. Novelty: This research provides an integrated digital HR profile platform tailored specifically for police operational units using a web-based architecture. Implications: The implementation enhances information service quality, streamlines data processing efficiency, and supports organizational performance optimization.
