Abstract. This web-based digital platform developed for the Sidoarjo Education Office functions to streamline the management and registration of educational activities. The platform provides two levels of access: administrators with full control over the system (including event management, participant data, and attendance) and general users who can access information and register for events. The system is equipped with various functions such as comprehensive event management, registration system, attendance recording, and an informative dashboard display showing important metrics. The main goal is to simplify the administrative process and coordination of educational events, while ensuring better access for the public. The implementation of this system is expected to increase the effectiveness of event management, streamline the registration process, and ensure openness of information. In addition, the system supports aspects of documentation and reporting through attendance monitoring and digital data management features.
